Google launched a Web application for the Google Allo instant messaging service.
To Start using Google Allo app on the desktop, you have to launch the web client in Google Chrome browser.

You need to open Allo on your Android smart phone and then make sure you see “Allo for web” in the mobile app’s menu. Now you have to select “Scan QR code.”
Now you have to scan the unique code that’s displayed on the Allo website by your mobile phone, which will pair your app with the computer.
